We are located just few hundreds meters before arriving to the village of Boca Chica, in the Gulf of Chiriqui. It is just one hour driving from David City, the second major city in Panama after the capital. If you are entering the country by plane you will arrive at the international airport of Panama City(Tocumen International). There you will have different options to reach David and then Boca Chica: BY PLANE: You will have to go to the national airport (Albrook) and fly to David. There are several flights a day, seven days a week from "Air Panama" and "Aeroperlas".
BY CAR: If you like to drive, you can hire a car from one of the various "rent-a-car" located inside the international airport in Panama City. We can reserve a car for you if you so desire. Drive is about six ours and takes you through the provinces of Panama, Cocle, Herrera and Veraguas. We suggest you to leave Panama city early and plan the arrival with day light.
After about 400 kilometers from Panama city on the Inter-American highway toward Costa Rica, you will pass through the little village of "San Lorenzo" and shortly after that you will see a small sign indicating "Horconcitos": Turn left to a paved road.
Five minutes drive will take you in "Horconcitos". When you reach the three divide roads (main park of Horconcitos) take the middle one and then after few hundred meters turn left on the indications for "Boca Chica" Follow all the time ours signs.
From here the road to Boca Chica is been improved and graded and passable with a regular car. It will be paved by the end of 2007 according to government programs.
Keep going on this dirty road and never turn left. It will take about 20/30 minutes and few hundred meters before the village of "Boca Chica" make a left turn at "Seagullcove Lodge" sign. IF YOU ARRIVE IN DAVID BY PLANE; again you can rent a car an drive on the Inter-American highway toward Panama City and after about 40 kilometers you will find a small sign indicating "Horconcitos". Turn right and follow above indications.
